Instead of deleting, the task is kept intact — with its comments and attachments — and sent to a reviewer.

The reviewer approves the deletion or restores the task, and the requester is notified of the outcome.
Good to know
- Runs automatically on app.asana.com — there is nothing to configure.
- You can always delete tasks you created yourself; only other people's tasks go to review.
- It collects no analytics and shows no ads. The only thing it sends is a deletion-request record for review — see the Privacy Policy.
